What you'll do

• Support shelter safety, quality, and guest service
• assist with staff recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, supervision, coaching, and evaluations
• coordinate coverage and provide leadership coverage through the on-call supervisor structure when assigned
• monitor daily operations, supplies, maintenance, and equipment
• support accurate HMIS and ClientTrack reporting and routine administrative documentation
• participate in agency meetings, training, and special projects.
