What you'll do

• Welcome and assist clients
• respond to requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of studio products and promotions
• set up accounts and manage class bookings and purchases
• communicate studio updates
• assist with daily operations and cleanliness
• report complaints or visible maintenance issues
• follow up with client lists for sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• and recognize client milestones.
