The Data Analyst, Private Markets role is hybrid in New York City or Jacksonville, Florida. The stated base salary is $70,000–$110,000 per year, based on New York and adjusted for geography. Canoe reimagines alternative-investment data processes through technology that automates document and data management workflows. As part of the Asset Data team, the analyst supports accurate and timely processing of asset-level information, maintains data quality, and identifies trends and process improvements. The role also coordinates delivery across onshore and offshore teams and works with Product, Engineering, and Data colleagues to inform product development and service delivery.

What you'll do

• Support intake, review, and processing of asset-level data
• monitor automated outputs and triage exceptions
• reconcile extracted data against source documents
• maintain data standards and quality
• analyze trends and identify process or automation improvements
• document workflow rules
• coordinate with onshore and offshore teams
• collaborate with Data, Product, and Engineering
• prepare operational summaries and data quality reports.
