CCTV Technician

Job overview

The CCTV Technician role is an onsite position based in Puerto Rico, with work throughout Puerto Rico and, as needed, the U.S. Virgin Islands. Compensation is not specified. Bonneville Group provides security, technology, electrical, networking, and related services to clients in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The technician installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots video-surveillance and physical-security systems. The work includes cabling, camera and network configuration, system integration, testing, repairs, documentation, and customer instruction to support reliable security operations.

What you'll do

• Install, terminate, test, and label low-voltage cabling
• install and position cameras
• configure cameras, NVRs, servers, switches, storage, and video-management systems
• troubleshoot system and network issues
• perform testing, commissioning, maintenance, inspections, updates, and repairs
• integrate security platforms
• maintain system records
• train customers
• coordinate with project stakeholders.
