What you'll do

• Manage and enhance SAP MM functionality for free trade agreement operations
• maintain product qualification and supplier-origin documentation
• configure SAP to track eligibility and documentation
• provide second-level support and troubleshoot interfaces, including ABAP debugging as needed
• support process-improvement projects
• coordinate with Korea headquarters and cross-functional teams
• develop training materials and maintain workflow and compliance documentation
• produce audit-ready reports.
