The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) role is onsite in Hobbs, NM. Compensation is $59,000–$70,000 per year. The position works under the Autism Clinic Director and supports individuals and families through Applied Behavior Analysis services. The BCaBA provides and coordinates assessment and treatment support, helps develop and monitor behavior plans, and trains and supervises behavior technicians and family members. This work supports client progress toward treatment goals and consistent implementation of services.

What you'll do

• Provide direct ABA therapy as needed
• conduct functional behavior assessments
• assist with ABA program development and training
• train staff and family members in skills acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
• participate in clinical management meetings
• review and sign off on technician training
• supervise treatment implementation, analyze data and evaluate progress
• maintain session notes, client records and communications
• support transition and discharge planning
• maintain confidentiality and ethical practice.
