Provide respiratory care and pulmonary therapy per physician orders; Manage mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management; Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis; Conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures and patient assessments; Implement patient-specific care plans; Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately; Serve as Lead RCP
