What you'll do

• Lead complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• advise clients on transaction-related financial risks, valuation considerations, quality of earnings, working capital, debt and debt-like items, and deal execution
• oversee client relationships and multidisciplinary teams
• provide technical oversight on U.S. GAAP, transaction accounting, financial reporting, and deal structures
• manage engagement strategy, scope, quality, staffing, economics, risk, and client satisfaction
• originate business and expand client relationships
• develop professionals
• contribute to practice strategy, methodologies, tools, training, and thought leadership.
