What you'll do

• Follow the prep list
• label and stock ingredients
• measure recipe ingredients
• prepare sandwich ingredients and simple dishes such as sandwiches, salads, and burgers
• wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and take out trash
• store food and other items properly
• operate the cash register or perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
