What you'll do

• Own strategic relationships for a portfolio of enterprise retail customers
• develop growth and expansion strategies and account plans
• partner with Customer Success Managers
• advise customer executives
• lead Executive Business Reviews and QBRs
• identify cross-sell, upsell, and global expansion opportunities
• collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams
• monitor account health, adoption metrics, and pipeline
• share retail industry insights
• represent customer needs internally
• attend customer meetings, onsite engagements, and relevant industry events
• travel approximately 30–40%.
