The role provides administrative and customer-facing support across the center, assisting sales, accounting, production, and visual communications staff so customer orders and center operations can move forward.

What you'll do

• Answer and route calls
• copy and file documents
• assist sales with customer notifications and other requested tasks
• maintain showroom appearance
• assist accounting with reports, statements, bank runs, and check posting when requested
• manage office supplies
• support vendor coordination and minor project management
• provide production backup when needed
• manage incoming email and assist customers at the counter.
