What you'll do

• Expand, manage, and optimize a commercial real estate client portfolio
• acquire and document loan and deposit transactions
• coordinate credit applications and administration
• structure and price loan, deposit, and treasury management relationships
• present credit requests for review
• manage client relationships and refer clients to other banking services
• develop new business
• interview applicants
• analyze and close loan requests
• complete files
• monitor policy and regulatory compliance
• assign risk grades with credit
• address past-due loans and customer inquiries
• monitor direct reports and guide less experienced lenders
• participate in community activities and cross-sell bank products.
