What you'll do

• Lead the Infection Prevention and Control Program
• conduct infection surveillance and analyze trends
• develop and maintain infection prevention policies
• monitor hand hygiene, PPE, isolation precautions, and environmental cleaning
• lead outbreak investigations and response
• collaborate on antibiotic stewardship
• coordinate clinical education and onboarding
• develop annual education plans
• conduct skills assessments and competency validations
• provide coaching and mentoring.
