The Tree Care Specialist role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, paying $20.00–$35.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Tree Trust’s Landscape Services division provides tree and landscaping services, with profits supporting youth workforce training and Twin Cities urban canopy restoration. The specialist supports daily tree-care operations and delivers safe, efficient service to clients. Through preparation, maintenance, pruning, inspections, and removal work, the role helps meet project requirements while supporting Tree Trust’s workforce-development and environmental-stewardship mission.

What you'll do

• Prepare trucks, equipment, and inventory
• perform tree maintenance, climbing, pruning, inspections, and removals
• follow safety procedures and use protective equipment
• communicate client concerns to the supervisor
• complete job reports and maintain tools and equipment.
