This role supports the Special Education team at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, which is dedicated to providing alternative and special education programs for children and young adults. This role exists to provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to students in grades K-9. The Paraeducator collaborates with classroom teachers to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), manage student behavior, and foster a supportive learning environment that empowers students to reach their full potential.

• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment
