Dishwasher — Third Shift

The full-time Dishwasher role is onsite in Wyoming, MI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. and pay of $18 per hour. Unidine’s culinary team serves at University of Michigan Health West. The dishwasher maintains dishes, cookware, utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas in clean and sanitary condition. The role supports safe kitchen operations by washing and sanitizing items and surfaces, maintaining dish-area order, handling waste, and moving supplies between storage and work areas.

What you'll do

• Scrape and rinse dishes and wash them by hand or machine
• wash pots, pans, and trays
• polish silver as assigned
• follow safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels
• keep the dish area orderly
• sweep and mop floors
• wash food-preparation surfaces
• remove trash
• transfer supplies and equipment
• and help load and unload supplies and product.
