Human Resources Specialist

What you'll do

• Greet employees and visitors and answer questions
• verify employment eligibility
• issue ID badges and parking permits
• conduct background and licensure checks
• process job transfers and position changes
• maintain accurate, complete, audit-ready employee records
• track certifications
• coordinate contractor onboarding
• respond to staff and leader requests
• support regulatory surveys
• and update HR data. Requires an associate degree in HR or three or more years of directly related HR, office coordination, executive assistant, or department assistant experience.
