What you'll do

• Oversee third-party inspecting engineers and architects
• review construction information at loan commitment, during construction, and at loan conversion
• assess project and portfolio construction risks
• communicate with borrowers, contractors, and architects
• prepare construction analysis reports
• review status reports and property condition assessments
• provide training on construction risk policies
• and maintain construction portfolio documentation.
