What you'll do

• Lead daily restaurant operations
• develop and coach Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Crew Members
• drive sales, labor, food cost, and operational results
• maintain guest service standards, food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• recruit, hire, onboard, and retain employees
• support local marketing and community involvement
• build a positive and respectful team culture.
