What you'll do

• Lead construction efforts on complex projects to meet design, budget, and schedule
• supervise field personnel and subordinate superintendents
• mentor junior superintendents
• manage startup, closeout, estimating, and change-order pricing
• develop and update project schedules
• coordinate trade partners and site meetings
• manage quality, inspections, submittals, RFIs, permits, and as-builts
• maintain safety programs and documentation
• build relationships with owners, architects, and inspectors.

Why this role
