Construction Inspector, Resident Project Representative

What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, and work plans for contractor compliance
• observe, monitor, inspect, and evaluate construction activities
• track work against approved shop drawings
• observe contractor safety compliance
• prepare daily reports, verify quantities and time-and-material records, and review pay applications
• monitor schedule and work sequence
• maintain redline and as-built drawings
• coordinate with project teams, engineers, contractors, and testing firms
• assist with startup, testing, checkout, and training
• maintain inspection and testing documentation.
