• Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities
• gather and document business requirements
• facilitate stakeholder and technology-team workshops
• coordinate user acceptance testing, defect management, release planning, and business validation
• monitor enhancement requests, production issues, risks, and dependencies
• support digital solutions across Sales Order Management, Dealer Ordering, Transportation, Trade Management, Billing, SAP SD, and Salesforce
• identify process optimization and automation opportunities
• prepare communications, reports, documentation, process flows, and training materials
• assist with production support and roadmap execution.
