This role exists to elevate the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority. The Sleep Expert will utilize digital tools to execute selling programs and maintain a seamless, engaging environment that keeps the customer at the center of every interaction.

What you'll do

• Create a customer-centric environment, provide technical product knowledge, drive individual sales performance and KPIs, maintain customer relationships post-purchase, monitor competitor activity, leverage social media for brand awareness, and lift/push/pull 50+ pounds.
