What you'll do
- Monitor and investigate reportable communicable diseases
- review and manage reports through NEDSS and other systems
- conduct case investigations, interviews, exposure assessments, and contact tracing
- maintain case records
- provide disease-control education to individuals and community partners
- assist with outbreak investigations and emerging public health threats
- participate in emergency preparedness and response
- support public health reporting, performance management, and accreditation.

Why this role
