The Assistant Property Manager role is onsite in Margate, FL. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour. The role supports Storage King USA’s self-storage customers and rental process while helping maintain the property and community relationships.

What you'll do

• Show storage units, products, and promotions
• conduct local marketing outreach and use the referral program
• convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals
• rent storage units and parking spaces and sell merchandise
• build relationships with local businesses
• conduct property walks, check locks and cleanliness, sweep the property, clean units, stock supplies, and perform light maintenance.
