Job overview
The Traveling Start-Up Technician (Service) is an onsite role with nationwide travel. Compensation is $30.00–$50.00/hour, and this position supports the HVAC and refrigeration service team at CoolSys. This role exists to perform start-up of supermarket refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment. The technician serves as a subject matter expert for processes and projects, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and accurately.

- Perform evacuations of parallel racks, perform EMS wiring and programming, lead small projects, assist with Energy Optimization projects, and train junior technicians.
