What you'll do

• Support Field Reimbursement Managers and customers through care-model implementation and feature rollouts
• serve as an escalation point for field issues
• conduct field visits to observe execution and provide problem-solving support
• monitor execution across regions and flag gaps
• develop working knowledge of relevant IRA provisions
• partner with Market Access, Training, and Commercial teams on field guidance
• design and lead training for FRMs
• collaborate with HUB, Training, Market Access, and Patient Services colleagues.
