Human Resources Director

What you'll do

• Lead recruiting and workforce planning
• serve as HR lead for acquisitions and employee integration
• advise managers on employee relations and conduct workplace investigations
• oversee performance management, compensation, payroll, benefits, and leave administration
• maintain employment-law compliance and HR policies
• develop training and leadership programs
• own HRIS and workforce reporting
• support organizational development and change management.
