What you'll do

• Advise on CES recruitment procedures and regulatory requirements
• assist stakeholders through staffing processes
• advise on coding and processing personnel actions
• review justifications for special salary rates, bonuses, retention, and allowances
• review and develop CES staffing policies and guidance
• research federal personnel systems
• draft responses, coordinate staff actions, and prepare briefings and memoranda.
