What you'll do

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including drywall, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, and carpet cleaning
• troubleshoot appliances and equipment
• assist with vehicle maintenance
• complete CMMS work orders
• maintain grounds and remove snow and ice
• support fire safety and environmental systems
• track tools and supplies
• assist with facility improvement projects.
