What you'll do

• Direct preconstruction from early planning through final proposal
• develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, bids, and negotiated proposals
• lead preconstruction teams
• coordinate accurate, complete, timely estimates and proposals
• participate in client interviews, estimate reviews, and presentations
• maintain client and project-partner relationships
• perform estimating and quantity takeoffs when required
• maintain historical cost information
• collaborate on project risks and business plans
• interpret drawings, specifications, trade scopes, labor productivity, and construction methods.
