Civil Project Engineer

The Civil Project Engineer is an onsite role based in Sappington, MO, with a salary range of $90,000 - $150,000 per year. This role supports a civil engineering firm. This role exists to design and permit construction plans for site layout, grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure. The engineer will provide technical design services, coordinate with regulatory agencies, and ensure all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll do

• Design and permitting of construction plans for site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater treatment and conveyance, water and sewer, roadway, pump station and force main design
• Provide technical and design services in support of civil engineering projects reporting directly to their project manager
• Communicate and coordinate technical evaluations and designs
• Produce reports in technical writing format
• Correspond with other team members to complete work in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate project submittals
• Facilitate regulatory agency approvals
• Obtain construction permits.
