What you'll do

• Conduct in-home, non-medical client assessments and update care plans
• train caregivers in safe techniques, including transfers, gait belt use, and Hoyer lift operation
• conduct quality assurance visits and skills assessments
• assign additional training as needed
• and document assessments, training, and evaluations. Local travel for client visits is required.
