Sales Manager — Landscape & Garden Services

The Sales Manager — Landscape & Garden Services role is based in Minneapolis, MN, with Monday–Friday hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday hours may be required during peak season or events. The manager leads sales growth across exterior landscape, garden maintenance, and interior landscape services. The role develops the sales and design team, strengthens client relationships, and manages sales processes and performance to support profitable growth and quality project delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead sales performance across exterior landscape, garden maintenance, and interior landscape
• manage pipeline reviews, lead assignments, proposals, pricing approvals, CRM and order accuracy, customer escalations, and coaching
• recruit, train, and develop team members
• execute sales and marketing plans
• partner with operations, procurement, design, and office teams
• use reporting, forecasting, pricing, margin analysis, and performance metrics.
