What you'll do

• Perform blood collection and related phlebotomy duties
• interact professionally and compassionately with individuals receiving mental health, habilitation, or rehabilitation services
• support patients in inpatient mental health units
• follow Texas regulations and organizational policies
• maintain safety, documentation, and operational compliance
• complete required clearances and onboarding before starting.
