What you'll do

• Review engineering drawings and construction plans to identify right-of-way and permitting needs
• secure permits and easements from public agencies and private landowners
• negotiate right-of-way acquisitions and property interests
• liaise with clients, property owners, agencies, and permitting entities
• maintain transaction records and documentation
• travel as required.
