Client Experience Coordinator — Family Child Advocate

What you'll do

• Support families with schedule changes, questions, and updates
• turn cancellations into makeup appointments
• make real-time schedule adjustments
• partner with Clinical Directors and therapists
• keep the clinic organized and stocked
• support outreach to schools, events, and community partners
• coordinate tours and center events
• support online reputation efforts and family follow-ups
• assist leadership with marketing initiatives.
