What you'll do

• Ensure compliance and operational excellence in contract review, estimating, turnover, risk management, and performance
• support bidding and project buyout
• oversee jobsite safety and address accident trends
• provide feedback to estimating and preconstruction
• participate in legal matters
• recruit, train, review, and supervise project personnel
• maintain client relationships
• support account plans, proposals, and business development
• review project plans and budgets
• monitor process compliance and reporting.
