What you'll do

• Lead requirements sessions and translate business needs into specifications
• own process documentation and cross-functional solution design for ERP, MES, HRIS, and reporting systems
• manage system projects, testing, and change management
• develop SQL queries, data models, metrics, and Power BI dashboards
• troubleshoot enterprise applications
• define governance and integration standards
• mentor junior analysts.
