The AVP translates organizational priorities into coordinated execution across Relationship Centers, developing leaders and monitoring service, growth, staffing, operations, and compliance. The role supports member experience, financial performance, and the credit union’s people-first culture.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop Relationship Center leaders
• set performance expectations and review member experience, growth, productivity, staffing, operational accuracy, compliance, audit, and loss results
• oversee staffing, operations, and risk management
• advance membership, deposit, relationship, and community growth
• partner with marketing and other departments on approved initiatives
• monitor results and recommend corrective action
• provide performance insights and recommendations to the VP of Member Relations.
