What you'll do

• Wash pots, pans, and trays and polish silver
• remove trash
• sweep and mop floors and clean surfaces
• transfer supplies and equipment
• restock tools and supplies for the next shift
• collect room-service and bar trays
• maintain temperature logs and organize the walk-in cooler and freezer
• bus tables
• assist line cooks with food preparation, storage, and dating.
