Lead Water Restoration Technician

Job overview

The Lead Water Restoration Technician works onsite in Louisville, KY. Compensation is $23–$27 per hour. Restoration 1 of Louisville East provides water-damage cleanup, structural drying, and property restoration services in the greater Louisville area. The technician assesses restoration work and carries out water extraction, drying, remediation, and related site tasks to help customers recover from water damage. The role also supports safe, organized worksites and customer service during restoration projects.

What you'll do

• Assess job scope and formulate drying or remediation plans
• perform water pumping and extraction, mold remediation, contents moving and resetting, selective demolition, debris disposal, drying-equipment setup, and carpet or hard-surface cleaning
• take moisture, temperature, and humidity readings
• participate as directed in vehicle and equipment maintenance, housekeeping, customer service, safety practices, and sponsored training.
