What you'll do

• Advise leadership on contracts, business transactions, partnerships, sponsorships, licensing, and vendor relationships
• draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements
• advise on intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights, licensing, and brand protection
• support museum, entertainment, event, retail, hospitality, and digital operations
• ensure legal compliance
• coordinate outside counsel
• maintain policies and governance documents
• advise on employment matters and organizational risk
• monitor relevant legal developments
• and assist with disputes, claims, and litigation oversight.
