LearningRx Cognitive Trainer

Job overview

The LearningRx Cognitive Trainer role is onsite in Appleton, WI. Pay is $17–$20 per hour. The role delivers the LearningRx research-based brain training program to individuals and serves as a resource to students and families about development, programs, and potential outcomes. The trainer leads one-on-one sessions focused on strengthening core cognitive skills, plans and records sessions, and communicates progress to families and the Site Manager. This work helps participants engage with the program and allows the team to track their progress and concerns.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-on-one, fast-paced, research-based LearningRx training
• focus on core cognitive skills outlined in the Trainers Manual
• learn the programs and their delivery methods
• plan and record each session
• communicate daily progress to parents
• communicate student performance, successes, and concerns to the Site Manager
• follow safety policies and procedures.

Why this role
