• Lead the office team using CICARE and Lean principles
• drive operational, financial, and business performance, including staffing and lab operations

• develop team members through onboarding, training, coaching, and career development
• partner with clinical leadership on quality, safety, and compliance
• collaborate on strategic growth and new office launches
• manage expenses, procurement, and budgets
• oversee escalations, service recovery, and provider scheduling.
