What you'll do

• Assist the Store Manager with final employment decisions
• supervise technicians and service personnel, schedule and assign work, and follow up on assignments
• coach teammates on operational processes and service standards
• work with customers on sales, service, and adjustments
• evaluate personnel performance and productivity
• manage parts inventory and outside purchases
• ensure safety equipment and procedures are followed
• oversee equipment layout and shop-area compliance
• coach personnel on wheel-torque procedures
• ensure inspections are conducted.
