The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager, Home Health role is an office-based position in Burlingame, CA, supporting ANX’s San Francisco team. Compensation is $115,000–$120,000 per year. ANX provides home healthcare and hospice services focused on quality care for patients and their families. The manager coordinates and oversees patient care and services, assigns clinicians to cases, and guides clinical staff in delivering quality home care. The role also supports care planning, case conferences, record reviews, staff orientation, continuing education, and the development of policies and strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Review case referrals and patient information to determine home-care needs and assign clinicians
• evaluate services provided and guide clinicians
• review diagnoses, medications, procedures, and clinical courses
• assist clinicians with therapeutic goals, priorities, and plans of care
• attend case conferences
• conduct quarterly record reviews and communicate findings
• assist with personnel screening, interviewing, and orientation
• support in-service and continuing education programs
• assist with policies, procedures, and strategic goals
• promote customer service and participate in community activities.

Why this role

Requires an active current Registered Nurse state license, two years of clinical nursing experience, two years of management or supervisory experience within the past five years in a qualifying care setting, current CPR certification, and a driver’s license. A BSN is preferred.
