The Clinical Laboratory Supervisor role is onsite in Burlington, MA, with compensation of $45–$55 per hour. Lighthouse Lab Services is recruiting for a new laboratory facility supporting a healthcare technology company’s centralized research and development testing and validation needs. The supervisor helps launch and operate the laboratory by establishing workflows, supporting validation, supervising testing personnel, and maintaining compliant records. The role also supports the transition from facility setup to routine operations and works with laboratory leadership and cross-functional R&D teams.
