What you'll do

• Transcribe provider dictation into medical reports and correspondence
• locate patient information
• schedule appointments, follow-ups, and referrals
• maintain medical records and updates such as e-prescriptions
• perform patient discharge procedures
• record vital signs
• assist providers with orders for labs, x-rays, procedures, and medications
• provide clerical and front-desk support
• follow billing and coding procedures
• maintain an OSHA- and HIPAA-compliant environment
• follow up on patients’ clinical history and needs.
