What you'll do

• Provide approximately 80% preceptorship and 20% clinical work, including one day per week of outpatient care and four days supervising or administering resident activities
• assist with residency operations and oversight
• support recruitment, interviews, and resident selection
• help maintain program direction, standards, quality, and reputation
• maintain family medicine clinical activity
• teach residents through clinical and didactic work.
